I am keeping a log on this blog of dates I canned different items. This will help me know when my cucumbers were ready to pickle the year before.
I love to can and I am trying to section my canning jobs out. July & August I have canned:
rhubarb, barbeque sauce, potatoes, apricot jam, zucchinni relish, salsa, spicy pickles
The peaches I ordered will be here this week.And our wonderful neighbors share their plums each year. They love it when I make them raspberry/plum jam. I feel blessed to have this fun trade with them.
